Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

The flavors of this dish scream pizza, and who doesn’t love pizza? It’s a perfect comfort food for everyone.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Lean Ground beef
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 16 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 16 Oz Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes Drained
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag 12 Oz elbow pasta
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cups gouda cheese grated
  • 32 slices of pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees. Prep a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • In a nonstick frying pan, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, fire-roasted tomatoes, and seasonings.
  • Mix until combined and cook for 5 minutes more.
  • Transfer this to a large mixing bowl and stir in one cup of shredded cheese and 16 pieces of pepperoni slices. Mix well and transfer into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with the rest of the pepperoni slices and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes covered with a piece of aluminum foil, and then remove the foil and cook for 15 minutes more.
  • Serve and enjoy!
