Ingredients
  

For the topping:

  • 8 tbsp. Butter
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Pecans Chopped
  • Pinch of Salt

For the cake:

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3 tbsp. Sour cream
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a bundt pan well.
  • In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the cake, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the butter to a saucepan over medium heat on the stove, and allow it to melt.
  • Stir in the brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook until the sugar has melted.
  • Mix in the pecans. Pour the mixture into the bottom of a bundt pan.
  • Add the cake batter on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool for 10-15 minutes before turning it out onto a serving tray.
