Pasta shells with ground beef
This pasta shell with ground beef is a great dinner or lunch idea that will feed a crowd. It’s a perfect dish to make when friends come for dinner or lunch.
- 1 ½ lb. Ground beef
- Sazon perfecta seasoning
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 C. Pasta shells
- ¼ C. Olive oil
- 4 C. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated chicken broth
- 3 Diced serrano peppers
- ½ Chopped onion
- 1 Can Rotel
- Chopped parsley
- Garlic powder and onion powder to taste
- 2 Packets Red sazon seasoning
- 1 Bay leaf
First, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat and stir in the pepper and perfect seasoning. Stir until combined.
While the ground beef is cooking, brown the pasta shells in the oil in a separate skillet.
Stir the browned pasta into the cooked ground beef and mix until combined.
Stir all the remaining ingredients into the skillet and cover. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook until the pasta is cooked and tender.
