Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli Cuts Cooked And Drained
  • 1 lb. Chicken Breasts Cut Into Pieces
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 2 cans 98% Fat Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • ½ cups Bread Crumbs
  • ¾ cups Non Fat Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, and saute in the olive oil over medium high heat until completely cooked through.
  • Mix the soup, broccoli, lemon juice and milk into the chicken, and season with more salt and pepper to taste.
  • Layer the chicken mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
