Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Lean Beef Ground
  • 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • 3 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can Fire Tomatoes Roasted
  • 1 Package Of Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 ½ cup Low-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Scallions Thinly Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef in a nonstick skillet set on medium for 5-7 minutes.
  • Work to crumble the ground beef. Stir in garlic powder and smoked paprika.
  • Cook for another 30 seconds. Stir in the broth,tomatoes, macaroni, and salt, cooking on simmer.
  • Continue to cook for 15 minute. Stir often. The macaroni will be tender and the sauce will thicken.
  • Take the skillet off of the stove. Add the shredded cheese, stirring until blended.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese until mixed. Serve.
