- 1 lb Lean Beef Ground
- 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- Pinch Of Salt
- 3 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 Can Fire Tomatoes Roasted
- 1 Package Of Elbow Macaroni
- 1 ½ cup Low-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Scallions Thinly Sliced
Cook ground beef in a nonstick skillet set on medium for 5-7 minutes.
Work to crumble the ground beef. Stir in garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Cook for another 30 seconds. Stir in the broth,tomatoes, macaroni, and salt, cooking on simmer.
Continue to cook for 15 minute. Stir often. The macaroni will be tender and the sauce will thicken.
Take the skillet off of the stove. Add the shredded cheese, stirring until blended.
Stir in the shredded cheese until mixed. Serve.
