New York Cheesecake

- 4 Packages of Cream cheese softened
- 8 tbsp. Butter softened
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 5 Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 ⅔ cup Sugar
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Lemon zest
- 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
First, preheat your oven to 300 F or 150 C degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Then stir in the sour cream and eggs.
Fold in the cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice, zest and vanilla extract.
Mix until combined and transfer the filling into a well-greased 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for about 2 hours and 15 minutes.
