New York Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Packages of Cream cheese softened
  • 8 tbsp. Butter softened
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 ⅔ cup Sugar
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Lemon zest
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 300 F or 150 C degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Then stir in the sour cream and eggs.
  • Fold in the cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice, zest and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until combined and transfer the filling into a well-greased 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake for about 2 hours and 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy when well chilled. Enjoy.
