Fill each bag with each flavor chips - one semi-sweet and one white chocolate.

Melt in microwave (50% power for about 2 minutes, checking every 30 seconds until melted completely). snip a corner of the white bag and draw the fish hook shape onto wax paper.

Snip the corner of the semi-sweet bag and make the handle of the hook by drawing directly on the top of the end of the white chocolate hook.

Place in fridge for about 20 minutes or until firm.

Remove carefully and put on top of a frosted cupcake of your choice!
