Mexican tortilla pinwheels

These tortilla pinwheels are a perfect treat for a party, a great appetizer idea, or a brunch menu for your guests.

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10- inch wholewheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1- Package 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream 4 Oz
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Can 4.5 Oz Chopped Black Olives Drained
  • 1 Green Onion Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix the salsa, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl. Mix until combined and set aside.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese, drained black olives, and chopped green onion.
  • Use a rubber spatula to combine the remaining ingredients with the original ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Remove tortillas from the package. Set aside.
  • Add the salsa, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl. Stir to mix.
  • Add the cheddar cheese, drained black olives, and chopped green onion.
  • Use a rubber spatula to combine the remaining ingredients with the original ingredients.
  • Add some of the mixture to each tortilla and spread it evenly through the whole tortilla.
  • Roll out the tortillas into a roll and wrap them tightly in a piece of aluminum foil.
  • Place in the fridge and chill well. Cut into smaller pieces and serve to enjoy.
