- 2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ⅓ cup Honey
- 3 tsp. Garlic Minced
- 1 tsp. Basil Dried
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and sear on both sides in a skillet with the olive oil.
