Mix the garlic powder with the salt and pepper, then use it to season the pork chops all over.
Mix the broth, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and cayenne pepper.
Melt the butter with the olive oil in a nonstick skillet.
Add the pork chops and sear until golden.
Flip and sear until the other side is golden too.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the broth mixture and move the pork around in the skillet so it gets coated in the sauce.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and is amber in color.
While the pork cooks, flip it over every 5 minutes so it cooks evenly.
Once the pork chops have reached 155°F in the thickest part, turn the heat right up and boil the sauce until it’s very thick.
Serve the honey garlic pork with cilantro sprinkled on top.
