Homemade King Hawaiian Rolls

- 2 Large eggs
- 1 C. Pineapple juice
- ½ tsp. Vanilla
- ⅓ C. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Melted butter unsalted
- 3 ¼ Flour divided
- 1 Packet of instant yeast
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, butter, juice, sugar and vanilla until well incorporated.
Stir in 3 cups of the flour and yeast.
Cover the mixture and place into a warm area to rise for 1 hour.
Layer the remaining flour on a counter, and knead the dough in it for about 5 minutes.
Separate the dough into 12 roll shapes and place them into a 9x13 baking dish that has been well greased.
Cover the dish and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour more.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
