Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings
Chicken and dumplings are considered one of the world's most popular recipes. This recipe is made in a crockpot, and it’s delicious, full of flavor, and so easy to make.

- 1 Onion diced
- 1 lb chicken breasts diced
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
- 2 tbsp. Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp. Poultry seasoning
- 2 c. Chicken broth
- 1 can of Buttermilk refrigerated biscuits
- 2 c. Frozen mixed vegetables defrosted
- Black pepper to taste
Layer everything in your crockpot and mix until combined.
Cook for 1 hour without opening the lid.
After three hours, add the refrigerated biscuits cut into stripes and mixed vegetables.
Cook for 1 hour more and serve warm to enjoy.
