Cheesy Ranch Chicken
You can’t go wrong with ranch chicken unless you choose an overly complicated recipe to make it. This recipe is really easy though and you get all that wonderful cheesy, creamy flavor you love with the chicken and the 3 ingredient topping. It’s such an easy dish and is sure to impress you.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Preheat the oven to 400°F and use parchment paper or foil to line a baking sheet.
Put the chicken breasts on the baking sheet.
Stir the ranch dressing powder with the mayonnaise.
Brush this over the chicken.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken is 165°F in the thickest part.
Rest for 10 minutes under loosely tented foil, then slice and serve.
