Cheesy Beef Taco Pockets

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 cups gouda cheese grated
- 6 wholewheat tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Then, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat and stir in the taco seasoning. Stir and break the meat into small pieces while it cooks.
Stir in the salsa and cream cheese and mix until combined.
Spread some ground beef mixture on top of each tortilla and fold it like you usually do with a burrito.
Arrange the tortilla pockets on the prepared baking tray and brush with melted butter.
Top with grated cheese and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
