Cheesy Beef Taco Pockets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups gouda cheese grated
  • 6 wholewheat tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Then, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat and stir in the taco seasoning. Stir and break the meat into small pieces while it cooks.
  • Stir in the salsa and cream cheese and mix until combined.
  • Spread some ground beef mixture on top of each tortilla and fold it like you usually do with a burrito.
  • Arrange the tortilla pockets on the prepared baking tray and brush with melted butter.
  • Top with grated cheese and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
