Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Lean ground beef 12points
  • 1 Can Italian style diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Elbow macaroni 24points
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder 0points
  • ½ tsp. Paprika 0points
  • ½ tsp. Basil 0points
  • 6 oz. Low fat shredded cheddar cheese 7points
  • Chopped green onions for garnish 0points
  • Salt and pepper to taste 0points

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta until al dente, and then drain and rinse well.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove. Drain any excess fat, and reduce the heat to medium-low.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, basil, and tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  • Mix in the elbow macaroni and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle on the cheese, cover, and wait until the cheese has melted.
  • Garnish with the green onions before serving.
  • Enjoy!
