- 1 lb. Pasta of any type cooked until al dente
- 2 Jars of spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 Red bell peppers cut into chunks
- 1 ½ lb. Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into pieces
- 1 lb. Italian sausages cut into pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- First, preheat your oven to 325F or 160 C degrees. 
- Over medium to high heat, warm the olive oil in a large skillet and saute the sausage and chicken pieces for about 5 minutes. 
- Stir in the onion and diced bell pepper and cook for about 5 more minutes. 
- Season with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. 
- Mix the meat together with the vegetables, pasta and sauce and transfer the whole mixture into a large baking dish. 
- Top with grated cheese. 
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown in colour. 
- Serve and enjoy.
