Best Italian Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Pasta of any type cooked until al dente
  • 2 Jars of spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 2 Red bell peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 ½ lb. Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 1 lb. Italian sausages cut into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 325F or 160 C degrees.
  • Over medium to high heat, warm the olive oil in a large skillet and saute the sausage and chicken pieces for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the onion and diced bell pepper and cook for about 5 more minutes.
  • Season with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix the meat together with the vegetables, pasta and sauce and transfer the whole mixture into a large baking dish.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown in colour.
  • Serve and enjoy.
