Fried pickles
I love making this recipe because it’s a simple appetizer idea everyone can make. A quick, delicious, and super yummy snack for the whole company.
- 1 Jar Dill Pickle Chips
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
- Oil For Frying
First, mix the egg, all-purpose flour, and chicken broth in a large mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium to high heat.
Dip the pickle slices into the batter and place them into the heated oil. Cook for about 3-4 minutes evenly on both sides until golden brown in color and crispy.
Drain well and serve to enjoy.
