Cracker Barrel Cheesy Potatoes

Cracker Barrel certainly knows how to make tasty cheesy potatoes and now so do you. This is a mouthwatering potato and cheese-based side dish which goes with any kind of meat, poultry or even seafood.
Cook Time 45 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 30 ounces thawed hash brown potatoes
  • 10¾ ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, then spread into the baking dish.
  • Don’t press the mixture down too much.
  • Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  • Serve hot.
