Ground beef lo main

This quick pasta recipe will surprise everyone who loves ground beef and some carbs. The recipe is full of flavor because it has a specific sauce that enhances the taste of the whole dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. Lean Beef Ground
  • 8 oz. Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1 Stalk Celery Chopped
  • ¼ cup Matchstick Carrots
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Minced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion Sliced Thin

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Rice Cooking Wine

Instructions
 

  • First, boil the noodles in salted boiling water and drain them well.
  • In the meantime, brown the ground beef in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Season with salt, sugar, soya sauce, garlic, carrots, celery, and diced onion. Saute until the vegetables become tender.
  • Mix in the spaghetti until well combined and stir in 1 tablespoon soya sauce, rice cooking wine, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the sauce on top of the noodles with vegetables and toss to combine.
