First, boil the noodles in salted boiling water and drain them well.
In the meantime, brown the ground beef in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Season with salt, sugar, soya sauce, garlic, carrots, celery, and diced onion. Saute until the vegetables become tender.
Mix in the spaghetti until well combined and stir in 1 tablespoon soya sauce, rice cooking wine, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
Stir in the sauce on top of the noodles with vegetables and toss to combine.
