Ingredients
  

FILLING

  • 2 packages cream cheese 8 oz packages, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust

TOPPING

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 250 F or 180 C degrees.
  • To make the filling, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Whisk with the help of a wire whisk and pour the filling into a graham cracker crust.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes.
  • Mix the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the cheese filling and bake for 5 more minutes at 450 F or 220 C degrees.
  • Let the pie cool down and serve to enjoy.
