FILLING
- 2 packages cream cheese 8 oz packages, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
TOPPING
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
First, preheat your oven to 250 F or 180 C degrees.
To make the filling, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Whisk with the help of a wire whisk and pour the filling into a graham cracker crust.
Bake for about 35 minutes.
Mix the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl.
Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the cheese filling and bake for 5 more minutes at 450 F or 220 C degrees.
