Banana Cream Cheesecake Bars

These creamy bars are rich, thick, and fluffy. They’re a clever combination of banana pudding, cream, butter, and cream cheese, along with some cookie crumbs and sugar. Any occasion is the right occasion to serve these.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cups crushed Nilla wafers
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2 boxes instant banana pudding mix
  • Whipped cream and a sliced banana for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix the melted butter with the Nilla crumbs.
  • Firmly press this mixture into the baking dish and refrigerate.
  • Whip the cream with the sugar until you get soft peaks.
  • Beat the cream cheese by itself to incorporate air into it.
  • Mix the banana pudding mix into the cream cheese.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture using a large metal spoon.
  • Now spread the banana filling over the Nilla crust and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Cut into 9 squares and add whipped cream and banana slices, if liked.
