  • 1 Box rice a roni chicken flavor
  • 4 C. Shredded chicken
  • 1 Can cream of onion soup
  • 8 oz. Sour cream
  • 2 C. Shredded gouda cheese
  • French fried onions for garnish optional

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees.
  • Then, cook the Rice a Roni according to the package instructions.
  • Stir in the soup and sour cream into the cooked rice and add in the shredded chicken. Mix until combined.
  • Spread the mixture into the bottom of a well-greased 9x13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes and enjoy.
