Prep time: 10 minutes | Bake time: 19-21 minutes
Ingredients:
¾ C unsalted sweet cream butter softened
¼ C powdered sugar
2 C flour
¼ C cornstarch
¾ C blue sprinkles
½ C white snowflake sprinkles
Instructions:
Step 1: Using a large bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and cornstarch
Step 3: Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the bowl
Step 4: Place the cookie dough into the fridge for an hour
Step 5: Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
Step 6: Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out the dough and place it into the palm of your hand
Step 7: Roll into a ball and place onto the cookie sheet
Step 8: Take a fork and lightly press it into the cookie to create an indent
Step 9: Sprinkle some blue sprinkles and snowflakes on top
Step 10: Place into the oven and bake for 19-21 minutes or until the tops are set
Step 11: Allow cooling before enjoying!
