I am down a total of 15.4 pounds as of right now. YAY!! Last night I went out with my friends to a sushi bar and I wore a pair of jeans that I had never been able to fit into! I also tried on some jeans that I had long before my pregnancy and they were actually loose on me. WOOHOO!!!

I continue to get the same question – WHAT do I eat? Well, my video this week includes my breakfast, lunch, and dinner items that I often go to.


  • 2 egg whites scrambled with 1 ounce shredded cheeses and 1 cup of baby spinach
  • Turkey sausage
  • Banana
  • Coffee with creamer
  • 16.9oz bottle of water


  • Banana or other piece of fruit
  • 16.9oz bottle of water


  • 3 oz shredded chicken or tuna and fresh baby spinach wrapped in a low-fat wheat tortilla, topped with honey mustard.
  • 16.9oz bottle of water


  • 1/3 cup peanuts or 12 Ritz Crackers with peanut butter or string cheese
  • 16.9oz bottle of water


  • Baked talapia or 3oz chicken breast
  • about 7-8 stalks of asparagus (or 1 cup of other greens/veggies)
  • Skinny Cow chocolate or candy
  • Bottle 16.9oz water

So, you can see I have at LEAST 5 bottles of water. That is my trigger. I drink water with everything – every meal, every snack. Plus I tend to have one more bottle of water sometime before I go to bed.

Sure, I change it up sometimes. Sometimes I will have a turkey burger instead of a wrap, or I will get lazy and toss a Lean Cuisine packaged dinner. This is to show you that you don’t need to be Julia Child to eat something yummy. Fast, easy, and convenient are my three favorite words (when it comes to food!) 🙂
