Weigh In Time!

  • Starting Weight (Dec 30): 185.1

Well, I didn’t GAIN did I?? And I didn’t take a picture this week, because screw it. Next week, I promise!

I learned something last week. Don’t assume a package is a serving size. UGH.

I went to Costco and picked up some trail mix packets. I scanned the label with my Weight Watchers app – 4 points! SCORE!! After a week of having those yummy packets as snacks I read the label a little closely. “Servings per container: 2.5”.


Which means that those packages were not 4 points. they were TEN POINTS. I murdered my Points Plus. So I learned that you cannot assume that a package equals a serving. How annoying, right??

  1. Oh no!!!! Bummer. But at least now you know to check carefully before eating anything. Another thing to look at (though this may apply more when you’re off of WW) is to look at the carbs grams and sugar grams and sodium grams, etc.
