WHEW. I am back on track with my loss and have officially lost a little over 10% of my body weight. YAY!

I have to first apologize for the lack of videos lately. Honestly? I am sitting here in my bed typing and still in my pajamas. The kids have been getting up early and as any parent knows, once a child wakes up it’s often go-go-go. I swear they are little windup toys (or maybe Energizer Bunnies?).

Anyway, I am really happy that I am getting back on track with my loss. I still have about 30 lbs to go for my goal of 135. I will be super happy if I make it there in the next 3 or 4 months. But I have to say, it’s been tough  lately. My old cravings are starting to creep back in – those quick and easy grab & go bars and snacks had been a part of my life for so long.
