Sample New Summer Flavors at Copperleaf Restaurant in Seattle, WA

Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar, located at the award-winning Cedarbrook Lodge, has embraced summer with a variety of new cocktails and desserts. Copperleaf features a 25-seat outdoor dining patio making it a perfect place to enjoy a summer cocktail before heading out on vacation to relax and unwind after a long business trip, or just to get away from it all for a few hours.

Some of Copperleaf’s new cocktails include:

  • George & His Tree: Anthem Dry Cherry Cider, FinnRiver Black Currant Brandy, and Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
  • King’s Cup: King Estate Vin Glace, blood orange, Campari, and Treveri Sparkling Blanc de Blanc
  • Basil Rathbone: Crater Lake Vodka, broVo Lemon Balm Liqueur, basil, and lemon juice

New desserts include:

  • Cascadian Frechette: Applewood smoked bacon fritter, sweet corn, and pickled strawberries
  • White Peach Sorbet: Marcona almond butter, Meyer lemon financier, pickled peach relish, and Vervain granite
  • Sakuma Farms Strawberry Ice Cream: White chocolate Panna Cotta, angel food cake, brut rose gelee, and rosewater marshmallow
