These last two weeks have been a personal struggle. I didn’t count Weight Watchers points at all, nor did I weight myself until this morning. We suffered a family loss and really? 

I just didn’t care about tracking my weight loss. I went to the beach with my husband and kids for a day and then went to my family up north for almost a week while we grieved. Strict eating plans were the last thing on my mind. I wanted comfort foods. 

So imagine my surprise when I got on the scale this morning and saw I lost almost 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I guess stress will do that to you. So while I do not have any words of wisdom this week other than don’t binge-eat while you are stressed, Pepper Scraps does.
