Boneless skinless chicken thighs

Olive oil

White vinegar divided

Soy sauce divided

Honey

Red bell pepper thinly sliced

Step 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place into a bowl.

Step 2. In a small bowl, whisk together two tablespoons of the vinegar, two tablespoons of the soy sauce and the honey.
